You wanted to change your forums Pfp right?
1. Go to the top right corner, you can see the "Alerts" "Inbox" and your Pfp
2. Click your Pfp or the square thing with your skin.
3. On the first column, you will see the "Avatar" section. Click it
4. Choose your file (your picture) then click okay.
