2. Lol I'm rarely late I plan when I leave for school since it only takes like 15-20 mins to walk to school I get to school exactly when we should be getting to the classroom. And besides, I don't rlly care of I'm late lol. They take ur phone away for the day if u late but if I'm ever late and they do need to take my phone ima just hide my phone n say I don't got it when I walk through the metal detector

3. True point, I mean I remember like half the things from chem class and I had chem the year of the pandemic so yea...

4. Oof they r kind of corrupt and shady i could go on lol, the teachers don't like the administration because the admins treat the teachers bad and teachers in the past year tend to quit after like a year or two of their bs

2. None of my teachers have mentioned any phone rules today I just noticed that. Wouldn't your teacher be sus though if most days you have your phone and the day your late you're like "oh I don't have my phone". Also WHAT??? YOUR''RE TEACHERS LITERALLY USE METAL DETECTORS??? That is extreme lol

2. It is good exercise to walk a mile a day to get to school day & also another mile on your way back & another 2034805843 ft from getting from class to class.

3. Ok good half is better than nothing. What grade are you in? 11th/12th?

6a. Well theres also the people that were doing online school for all 4 grading periods & today was their first time actually coming to the school so like nobody's ever met them unless they knew each other In middle school. I went to middle school in a diff school district since we were building a house & moving into it a few months ago.

6c. Oh speaking of covid, last year we had an extreme number of covid cases in the school so like for every 1 student who tested positive, every student who was seated within 6ft of that person in all 8 of their classes had to get quarantined (including teachers at times) so they had to do zoom, there was even one point when like 80% of the people were online & only like 20% were in person.

6d. My Geometry class literally only had me + 3 other guys in person with like 25 people doing online school so that was fun lol, but it did make concert band a bit tough for maintaining musical balance as we play since like a bunch of people aren't in person so we can't really do much adjusting & just have to trust that the online people are following along and aren't like on their phones or something.

6e. That was the only negative with having that many people gone. For some reason it felt more fun having everyone online and just be me and a few others in person also reduced hallway traffic by a TON, like the hallways were sooooooo empty

2. Nah, the security guards/main office people confiscate and hold our phones if we are late. So at my school we have to go through a metal detector (which is so bad lol I can have keys and phone in my pocket and the metal detector won't even go off LOL) and security guards check our bookbag real quick. So when u r late the security guards would take ur phone and send it to the main office

7. Geez 700 total for all 4 grades is so small, car traffic was a really big nightmare this morning since I was on the bus and there were like hundreds of cars backed up from like super far.

8. Well Campuses as in the junior high and senior high where most 9th/10th graders are taking classes in the junior high & 11th/12th taking most classes at the senior high.

2. At our school we could use our phones whenever we want so yeah taking away our phones when we r late is a creative punishment for our school ngl

6a. Oh okay that makes sense, I encourage you to make friends and meet people and don't be shy! I know we have different personalities and it's gonna be hard but making friends and meeting ppl is gonna be worth it!

6c. Omg that covid situation sounds horrible kind of glad that my school was completely virtual for this past school year.
