I would rather put the effort studying something useful that will benefit me in a job where I would enjoy doing such as writing instead of persuading a job I know isn’t fit for my preference and on top of that, unenjoyable.

I’m sure you’ll find a career that you'll have tons of passion to follow in the future sooner or later. It takes time so don’t rush it, it’ll come eventually.

Drawing takes the stress out of me and instead helps me concentrate on drawing such body parts like the lips, legs, shoes, eyes to my person. Not only that, but imagining and doodling the scene they’re in and complementing the clothes with the background behind them, (take a tokyo mountiment as the background; have the monument match the clothing to the person).

It really did. It drove me insane and probably one of the reasons why I’m afraid of the dark as of now. That said, it was a terrifying time and whenever I was alone in my own house, I would put on music to comfort me as even the littlest noise made petrified me, thinking there was a ghost haunting my house.

Luckily the paranormal activity stopped around 2 years ago, but it’s a bit frighting that at any time, those same activity can return any day.

Moving to a more cheerful topic. That’s an interesting choice of art style!

As for me, I adore paintings that tells a story behind a simple/complex painting that encourages the audience to learn more about it. In fact, it doesn’t have to be simple, however a painter decides to portray their painting into getting the message across the audience they’re trying to convince is a painting that peaks my interest.

It could be filled with gore, an unsettling feeling, horror, preternatural, whatever it takes to send a message is a painting that is worth cherishing in my opinion. Long story short, a painting that tells a story behind objects presented in the paintings or actions being told during a scene.

What’s your favorite season of the year and said season, what weather would you prefer to have during picked season?
(Ex: Autumn and windy most days)

ohohohoho thats kind of funny, i actually went through an existential crisis today trying to figure out if either engineering or medicine would suit me. i tried talking to my mom about it, but she yelled at me saying that becoming a doctor would be so much better. whatever, i guess.

for some reason, i feel like im on a clock- as if i need to decide now. before high school ends, i need to join as many classes that are relevant to my major and start joining internships and other programs to increase my experience, but the problem is, i still havent decided yet. hopefully, like you said, it comes naturally to me some time in the future- im just hoping it comes naturally to me some time soon.

thats a nice choice of art paintings. i think ive seen a few of those all across of tiktok. i remember how i thought they were so cool and interesting since they all somehow portrayed a story of their own. how cool.

favorite season? definitely fall. spring is full of exams from school and gives me allergies, summer is hot even though theres summer break, and winter is cold and also full of exams. so, i like fall.

my favorite type of weather during fall would probably that "going to the airport at 5am" type weather. the temperature is chilly, yet refreshing. it smells moist- as if its been drizzling. there would also be fog and perhaps some light rain too. i love that type of weather. if not, then rainy weather would perfectly be fine as well.

what about you? whats your favorite season and weather?

I suggest going with whatever fits your working preference and knowing the environment you’ll be exposed to everyday. Sure, a doctor’s salary is a massive amount of money a year but you’re not going to adore what you love doing every single day.

Your parents might not appreciate your discussion about your future job but you’ll thank yourself for deciding on a job that may pay way less than a doctor but at least relish doing engineering or medicine in the long run.

I see what you mean. I sorta have the same mindset as you; universities look for students that have a high professional GPA and excellent scores on your SATs tests, not to mention AP and honor classes in your application. So that said, I have this mindset that if you attend and pass all AP/honor classes, you’ll magically be successful in life and have an idea of what you aim to achieve in life.

The truth is, I don’t believe in such things. You could be the top student burned out from cramping all the information you’ve learned from your AP classes and have no clue what you want to do with your life. All that information you’ve grasped from your highschool experience will have no meaning to your real job you might want to-

-master and take as a longtime career. I don’t know, the education system is completely broken and university is a waste of time and money. I could rant more about this but why bore you with my witless opinions lol

Also, apologies for interpreting my statement in a confusing way. What I meant is that I wish to learn how to draw clothes on a character that compliments the background I decide to draw. At the moment, I can’t even draw a proper body nor proper elements. Still, there’s time to improve and learn.

And yeah! If you stumble upon tiktok videos that tell an interesting story about a painting or even a drawing, please send them my way. I adore any painting that has a complex yet riveting story.
