I don't understand how no one can tell me why he was banned. The message says come appeal a ban here, but all I'm getting is a bunch of maybe this and could be that. Can anyone fix this? Or at least actually tell me why he was banned? What is the point of telling people to come to this board if...

There is no chance he was hacking. He doesn't know how to do that and he wouldn't do it. His user name is Jay so I imagine it's common.

hello My 7 year old son tried to enter the quake craft server and was told he is banned. He is very upset and has no idea why he was banned. I am sure he didn't do anything wrong. He just "goes in the portal, does some exploring, and shoots people with a garden hoe" Can you help? Thank you
