Ban Appeal Summer3_ : I was banned for no reason/because of glitch maybe?

Why I got banned:
I don't know why?? When I play Team SkyWars, I have a bad internet connection, then I glitched and when I clicked "Quick play", I spawn in blocks in spectator mode. Then I have disconnected,and when I try to, reconnect I have a permanent ban. And my brother use the same Wi-Fi, and he got banned too because of similar bug. Maybe because of this glitch, I have banned?? I don't use cheats or something illegal. Sorry for mistakes, I have bad English(. Thanks a lot, sorry for taking your time, hope you answer

Why we should unban you?
I have glitched, It's not my fault(

Yeah, It's 2 acc of my pal, he playing on my phone above 2-3 times, and he playing on serv first time then
