Ummmmm, Lapis_Lazuli_HG. As Far as I know, shes banned already for hacking, why can she play again in HaS?

Being in the leaderboard doesn't necessarily mean you play a lot.
As long as you have a lot of wins, you'll be on the leaderboard. So even banned players can be on leaderboards.
