I don't think they need one because vertx doesn't like people to apply. It is suposed to mean very little chance of getting staff.

I mean some people don't know your chance of being staff decreases when you asks.. but they don't really know that since they're new but they want to help.. and those people don't really get picked :/ I agree a bit..

In my opinion it should have Some people Who are completly different as Personality so since they are all different they can choose 1 person together who would be nice
