Remove “Spamming the Chat”

Okokok so I’m not suggesting to remove it all, but remove it if someone is doing commands, for example, /hub, because I was in mobwars, and my game glitched, so @IcyMelantha came and told me to get out. I did /hub, but it kept on saying “Stop spamming the chat!” And I had to do it several times before it managed to go.

So pretty much spamming the chat is staying for regular chat and /grm, /frm, and all, and the commands, like /mystats or /lobby is going to get the spamming removed
