Woo this is old so don’t judge me xD

Also you should read this just to understand better as it’s about a fictional disease—
One sided love disease. The one in love will cough up flower petals until the flowers and thorns on the heart are removed causing the loss of that love or if the one they love returns their feelings
Ren laid on his bed, tears silently streaming down his face. In his hand he held several white rose petals. It was the middle of the night and there was no way Ren would be falling asleep anytime soon. These rose petals meant he had fallen for someone, that someone being his best friend Lily. He couldn’t believe he had fallen for her let alone had started coughing up petals. As Ren laid there thinking of all the possibilities, morning soon rolled around.

Ren showed up to school looking terrible. He didn’t sleep at all and was constantly afraid of suddenly coughing up petals, especially around Lily. Speaking of Lily, he tried to avoid her as best as possible. He didn’t want her to know, so he would hide it as long as he could. Time would only tell how long he could hide it.

It was the last class of the day and Ren managed to keep the petals hidden when he coughed them up. However, Lily was in this class. He was afraid he couldn’t hide it much longer. While in his own world worrying, a pair of hands covered his eyes. He let out a sigh and smiled, knowing it was Lily. The two sat down and joked around until the bell rang, signaling the start of class.

When class ended, Lily and Ren walked home since they lived the same way. Ren felt petals and even thorns fighting their way up his throat. He quickly ran towards an alleyway, coughing up everything stuck in his throat. He was hoping Lily didn’t follow him, but knew better when he heard fast steps coming his way. He turned to meet her worried expression. Suddenly everything started spinning for Ren, and he fell to the ground. Lily ran to him terribly worried and called an ambulance.

When Ren woke up, he found Lily sitting next to him. She was asleep, but he could tell she hadn’t been getting enough sleep lately. He suddenly felt bad, did she really stay by him this whole time? Ren then noticed a heaviness in his chest was no longer present. Ren was soon distracted by a knock at the door. It was a doctor, who had a smile and hopefully look on his face. Lily woke up just in time to hear what was about to be said.
“Good morning Ren. Despite everything you’ve been through, you’ll be okay. I can find no sign of the disease in you, so it’s fair to say you’re cured.” With that, the doctor smiled and left the two alone.

Ren looked over, expecting Lily to still be sleeping but instead found her smiling at him. Without saying a word, Lily got up and hugged Ren. She quietly said, “I’m sorry I made you go through that. I’ll be here for you now.”
Ren couldn’t do anything but smile as he felt tears well up in his eyes. He let out a small laugh at how stupid he probably looked about to cry.
“I love you, Lily.”
“I love you too, Ren.” she said as she gently hugged him.

Okay, this is the beginning of a love story, but there’s not really love/ romance yet as their feelings haven’t developed. It’s just interest, kinda xd
Sorry if it cant be like that, you can eliminate my story xD

It’s kinda bad, sorry for grammar mistakes-
Keith was lonely. There wasn’t any other way to describe him.

He was used to it, but it didn’t make his life any easier. The fact that no one could see him takes a heavy toll.

Keith wasn’t born a ghost. That would be silly, wouldn’t it?

No, he had an ordinary life once. He lived, then died. As the spiral of time went on, the memories of his past life faded.

He usually tried not to dwell on the fact that he’s lonely. Instead, he distracts himself.

And that’s where he is now. Keith shifts his position on the bench, watching people stroll by without a mere glance in his direction.

He loves to watch passerby’s. Keith doesn’t consider it creepy nor weird, he just likes to see how daily life is, possibly in hopes of remembering his own.

Keith swings his legs absentmindedly, in deep thought.

“Why are you sitting on my bench?”

Startled, he glances up. A girl stands in front of him, a perplexed expression on her face as she glares at him.

Keith has his mouth open in shock. Words seemed to dry up in his throat.

“Uh- me?” He tries. There is no way. No possible way.

“Yes, you. This is my bench. Everyone knows that,” the girl replies with an eyebrow raised. “My name is even on the back.” She gestures to the back of the bench, where the word, Bella, is carved in.

“You can see me?” Keith shakily stands up, arms out to support himself.

“You’re joking, right?”

He slowly shakes his head, still bewildered. He stares at the girl in hopes that something will happen. Something, anything that will prove this isn’t real.

Nothing happens.

Keith decides to try something. It couldn’t hurt, right?
“I’m a ghost.”

The stranger gives him a look. A look that says, “You’re crazy.” A second later, those very words comes out of her mouth.

“No, really. I’m a ghost. Try to hold my hand.” He stretches his hand out, palm up.

Bella tentatively gives out a hand. She prods a finger, immediately retracting it after it goes through his hand.

“No way,” she whispers.

Oddly, she remains calm. That isn’t what Keith expected. “Are you not... scared?”

“Not really. It’s just cool, I guess?” She gives a light chuckle. “What’s your name?”

“Keith. I’m Keith.” He feels something he hasn’t felt in a while. Joy.

Keith finally isn’t lonely. Not anymore.

This strange girl isn’t too bad either.

The story of the pigeon and his turtle. Their original ending wasn’t quite sweet, but can these two creatures find a way to make their own ending?
Elayssa tosses her frail petite body around in her queen sized bed engorged with a beautiful floral design encasing her fragile body as she moves around in discomfort.

“It’s not if the reason is good or bad that matters.” Says the pigeon. “It’s why we decide to do it in the first place.” He claims.

The turtle questions “But I want to know...why do there have to be reasons?”

“I think I have the answer.” Says the pigeon.

“Tell me? Tell me what is it?” The sea turtle begins demanding.

“I think it’s because of our emotions.”

As the warm breeze from the tides wrap around them, the sea turtle turns from the ocean and looks at her friend.

“Will I ever see you again, Pigeon?” The sea turtle says with disappointment.

“Yes, one day.” He says.

“And what if I don’t? Shall I lie and say I will?”

“No, never lie. Because the truth is, in a million universes, I’ll always find my way back to you.”

The alarm clock next to Elayssa’s bed begins ringing nonstop waking her up completely. She turns the alarm off.

“I wonder what today will be like. Probably the same as yesterday. I’ll go into work, bring my boss his favorite coffee, which is black coffee if you were wondering and then I’ll schedule appointments and make phone calls.” Elayssa says to herself in the mirror while doing her hair.

She puts her long blonde hair in a high ponytail leaving just two strands to hang down from each corner of her forehead. She finishes doing her hair and proceeds to put on her professional clothing in which being a mysterious black skirt with a white blouse.

“I wonder what heels I should wear today.” Elayssa giggles with sarcasm as she proceeds to say “Oh well, it doesn’t matter which pair I choose because I’ll still be walking funny.”

She grabs a pair of flashy black heels and puts her small gentle foot in it. While on her way to work she stops by the local coffee shop and gets the usual black coffee with no sugar.

“Have a great day Elayssa. Don’t stare at the handsome devilish boss of yours.” The person at the counter says.

Elayssa rolls her eyes with utter arrogance. She knew how gorgeous her boss is, but his attitude and bossy behavior made him look ugly.

Elayssa opens the door to her bosses office. Winston, her boss is reading a book she can’t quite see what the title is.

“Do you have my coffee Elayssa?” Winston says while his eyes are still peeking down reading line after line on the book he’s reading.

“Yes boss, you know I know forget.” She let’s put a fake chuckle but Winston can see right through it.

“You can just call me Winston from now on.” He looks up and smiles at Elayssa while closing his book and shoving it in his bag. Elayssa walks over to his desk and gently places his morning coffee next to his keyboard.”

“What will you do when I reach the ocean?” The turtle asks the pigeon as she lays in the scorching sand.

“I’ll wait... I’ll wait for you to swim your way back to the sand.” The pigeon says.

The day went by quickly and as Elayssa was packing up she took out her favorite book from her bag called The Story Of The Sea Turtle by Kyra Bozzeli. She found someone online 1 year ago in whom she would sends quotes from the story back and forth with.

“This book will always be one of my favorites.” She smiles and starts walking out of the building, but she bumps into someone.

“I’m sorry Elayssa, let me pick that up for you.” To her surprise it was Winston. “Why is he acting so nice all of a sudden?” She asks herself.

Winston grabs the book and before handing it to Elayssa he reads the title. His face starts to get pale as his hands shake a little.

“My book please?” Elayssa says with an attitude.

“Elayssa... are you my sea turtle?” Winston asks nervously as he swallows a lump in his throat. She starts shaking as well as soon as she catches on to what he meant.

“No...it can’t be you...no.” Tears start forming in her eyes while they make their way down her soft cheek and splatter on the cold tile floor.

The turtle starts making her way towards the salty ocean as the waves crash against the sand. “I’m almost there Pigeon.” The sea turtle says with a joyous look.

“That’s great...phenomenal.” The pigeon says as he watches his friend find her way back to the ocean.

The turtle reaches the ocean. “I’ll come back. I promise.” The sea turtle says to the pigeon as she starts swimming away.

“I know you will.” The pigeon says happily.

Time went by and the Pigeon came back to the sandy shores everyday waiting for his sea turtle to return...but she never did.

“After all this time, the person on the book forums I talked to...was you? The person who helped me when I need a friend the most...was you? The person who worked with me to create a different ending...was...you?” Elayssa starts wiping her tears as she realizes Winston isn’t the bad guy she framed him out to be.

“I’m so sorry, Elayssa.” He pulls her closer to his strong muscular chest.

“Want to go out for dinner with me tomorrow?” He asks Elayssa.

“What...why would I-“ She gets cut off by Winston.

“I want to get to know you, the real you. So what do you say Elayssa. Will you give this pigeon a chance?”

She smirks as she says softly. “Yes. Let’s finish the ending that we started.”
