Personally I don't think it that much, but remember some people who play aren't well off and maybe live in a country where the currency is low so $5 would be a lot for them tooThey arent expensive at all! Did you ever see a rank at 5$ I dont , On new servers when they add vip its cheap and then It become more expensive so I think 5,10,25 $ Is reasonable!

As Rougeofnjh said, it kind of depends on where you live and how wealthy of a place it is. to some people $5 is nothing but to others $5 could mean alot (not trying to call anyone poor whatsoever)

But for lifeboat, it depends what you are buying. If you buy VIP+ for only Survival Games, that VIP+ is only gonna be useful for SG. On the other hand, if you want VIP+ on every other game, you have to buy sepretatly because Uber VIP+ is gone. That would be around $30-$40
