I can't login into my account

I logged of my main account and went to my alt but when I tried to login my main account the password wasn't working so i changed the password on the website and it worked but on the app and in the game the password hasn't been changed:/

If you want your password changed you have to ask for a reset. Just send some proof you own your account and staff will reset it.

Okay, what I'm getting from what you said is that you reset your password on the forums, which isnt linked to to the server or app.

Whoever you asked will need proof that you own the account.

We need a photo of the "welcome back..." message you get when logged in to the server. Do you have an image of that?

Oh-
If you mean logged in to your bl account, you dont have to be. As long as you are signed in to your xbox live account and join brokenlens the welcome back message should come up.

Do you have a screenshot of something like ‘welcome back [username]!’ Or /mystats? If not, are you logged into the Brlns discord or beta website? Do you have any screenshots of old wins or chats?

(Sorry dark I haven’t read it all yet but another staff asked me to help him qwq)

If you have videos of yourself playing on BrokenLens, you should link us the videos and take a screenshot of something like “my channel” so we’ll know you own the account.
