Hi Vertx I would like to know something for the future of me suggesting ideas

@vertx I would like to know how you balance different games specifically the kits in PVP games. I have noticed that I have done lots of suggestions for kit ideas and I would like to know how they are balanced. Like there are some god tier kits like fisherman (seriously nerf the fish to 4 and 4), as well as buster and emerald pyro(emerald pyro is god tier as well but normal pyro is kinda bad), but there are ones that are just soooooooo bad and need buffs like miner kit, as well as builder, warrior, and knight. I just want a bit of explanation, and I don’t think changing up the kits for more game balance would be hard saying how quick farmer got nerfed after everyone suggested it including me. Personally I would also want to share how I guess and think the kits should be balanced on the server.
-I understand kits with a higher cost in coins are usually better (excluding Frozone) (practically any kit less than 5000 coins in costs kinda sucks meanwhile the kits are mainly balanced to be equal with cost of 5000 coins and higher(even though there still is a bit of imbalance))
I understand that having a rank does and can make kits better although the kits with ranks aren’t buffed to a point in which it’s pay 2 win. (Except emerald pyro lol :D. Pyro gets 10X stronger with emerald)
I am asking this because I want to know what balancing is like for a developer on this server, and I want to suggest ideas that make PVP games that I love like Skywars more fun and balanced for everyone that is agreeable by developer standards! :D
 
And in PvP games like sw,tsw it would be perfect if u guys make it like we can't open crafting benches with weapons because it really pisses me off and makes me wanna kms.Thx respect!

Quite simply, servers just cannot control the crafting table inventory on bedrock edition. That's managed on the client side since forever, and that has always been an issue for us, long time HS players will know exactly why xD

And if we try to forcefully close the crafting table inventory, the client just crashes:

So that's something you guys would have to suggest to Mojang/Microsoft to fix :p
