I bought myself a diamond rank, do I have to activate it?

Hey guys, a few hours ago I bought myself the diamond rank in the Brokenlens App with Google Play. I was logged in with my account "eXperiment_2000" there. I dont have the rank in game yet, my rank is still player there. Do I have to activate it any way? Or should I simply wait a moment longer?

I got an order confirmation in an email with the order number.

No I don't think it needs to be activated. It usually takes a while for it to register with your account in-game. However if you said it was hours ago I would take a screenshot of the confirmation email and start a convo with a staff member. They will help you from there!
