You can create a ban appeal at anytime , if you think you were banned mistakenly you can make an appeal to have a chance of getting unbanned . However if you create a ban appeal and a staff denied your appeal just wait out your ban , if you were banned permanently , you can come back in a year and appeal again.

Our you could Make a Convo whit a staff member if you believe your ban was false . And also don't make multiple ban appeals , if you make duplicated ban appeals your chances of getting unbanned will be reduced.

Teaming is only bannable for 2 days , was he banned 5 times on the server ?

He was banned for hacking,
Capitaine unbanned him for 1 last chance or he'd be perm banned
He teamed and got perm banned again

Then I don’t believe it is possible for them to get unbanned. Unless if Capitaine is nice enough to unban them then maybe.
