Day 1 of the war. 4:30 AM
Pov: Alsie, Dippingtion, 14
Alsie’s alarm clock started ringing.
“Yargh!” Alsie said jumping up from bed.
“Oh phew it’s just my alarm clock!”
Alsie went downstairs and grabbed the nearby doll.
“Here’s some pratice for the war..”
Alsie proceeded to go outside tie up the doll and shoot it with a gun, breaking its face into many pieces. She brought it back inside and tried to strangle it.
“Nah this won’t work..” Alsie said.
“Maybe I could ask Dave!” Alsie thought in her mind.
She slowly stepped outside into the vast wasteland.
“They’ve already tried to attack us haven’t they..” Alsie thought to herself.
“Look out!” Alsie heard in the distance far away.
A bomb was just thrown at her! Alsie ran back into her house which is now being pelted by rocks and guns.
“Oh god..” Alsie said as quietly as possible.
She felt fatigue. Her house is getting set on fire! She felt the intense heat start to boil up in her mind.
“Oh god I don’t wanna die yet..” Alsie tried to speak without crying.
Alsie ran out of her house and to Dally’s house. A good friend of hers.
Pov: Dally, Dippingtion, 15
Dally quietly hummed to herself while preparing a meal for war. A salad compacted into a small metal container.
“This should last me a day or so..” Dally quietly said to herself
Dally heard frantic knocking on her door.
“Whos there!” Dally yelled from her kitchen.
“PLEASE HELP ME!” Dally heard from outside the door.
Knowing the tricks of the Lefios she hid under her couch. The knocks became louder before they stopped. The person is now trying to break in! She heard the sounds of kicking and knew she’d need to stop them from getting in. She heard the door break down.
“DALLY PLEASE HELP ME NOW, WHY DIDN’T YOU LET ME IN?!” Alsie said screaming with a few bandages on her leg.
“Oh god what happened!?” Dally said bringing Alsie to her room to clean her up.
“They set my house on fire and I tripped over a rock and into the fire where my leg started burning!” Alsie said still screaming and scrambling to Dally.
“Shh! They’re gonna hear you and you’re gonna get me killed!” Dally said putting a finger to Alsie’s mouth.
Dally slowly took off Alsie’s bandages and repaired the wounds with real bandages, not some toilet paper.
“Come with me the rest of our crew are waiting for us in the secret bunker.” Dally said picking up Alsie as Alsie whined she couldn’t move.
“Not everyone’s there!” Alsie said.
“Who isn’t there then?” Dally replied.
“I saw Maegan on the floor. She was trapped under a rock.” Alsie said in a whining voice.
“ARE YOU CRAZY?! WE HAVE TO GO HELP HER!” Dally replied rushing out the door.
Pov: Maegan, Dippingtion, 13.
Maegan was trapped under 100 pounds of rocks which were thrown at her.
Maegan thought this would be the way she died and this is when she would’ve died.
“Help! Help...” Maegan called out.
No one came to her, they all were evacuating.
“Dally! Alsie! Please help!” Maegan called out
Dally ran to her and tried grabbing her off the floor.
Alsie kept running to the place Dally was taking her.
Dally needed 2 extra hands to get Maegan up.
“Alsie get over here!” Dally yelled.
“Ughh. I’m coming.” Alsie yelled back.
“Help me pick her up!” Dally said.
“Fine!” Alsie said.
They pulled her up from the ground and started running with Maegan in their arms.
