Hi there, you prolly clicked on this thread because there’s Manwee in the title, well, yeah, here I am, great username right? Anyways,

In this thread I’ll be talking about my life relating to Brokenlens.


I started playing in December 2015, after seeing the server appear in a « best online mcpe servers » website, back in the 0.14 version of mcpe. Had a lot of fun, met a lot of people, including Reownix, Aypifox, Ray and his family, Liazalia, itz_Kayla, Mooney_Chan, Lauren and many others that I completely forgot. Brokenlens was at its beginning, so I saw the very first hub, with the leaderboards never working (broke the SG one cuz I had way too many wins haha).

It may come as a surprise, but I actually started playing on SG, OITC came several months later. I continued on playing, created a forums account and from there I was named HELPER
Then, there was the drama with Aypifox, our operation to get her demoted from her admin position (Ray, Lia and others, we thought we were so serious haha) and I ended up getting demoted, for banning people (I was obsessed with rules that weren’t actually in place) and had a friendly relationship with edw (how u doing btw)

This stuff kinda divided the entire community, but I guess it got everyone to evolve.
Meanwhile, on OITC, I was in competition with Samiloski (ily btw) averaging 30Ws per day, he ended up quitting and I got the 1st place for a long time. Then came a new wave of players, like Savio (If I remember well) and I really hated them for playing differently (hiding, only using bow, teaming) but oh well, the way life goes. (I played with RS too, didn’t forget you!)
I then talked to Dypifox, who introduced me to the mcpe pvp community, and from there I started playing less and less brnls, concentrating on UHCs, clan battles and my YT channel (reached 800 subs, now deleted). I eventually got myself up to the best pvp clan worldwide, HRZ, and from there I got bored of the game. (You can look up Manwee on YT, you’ll find people ranking me in top 5 mcpe pvpers etc, with my pvp clips, I find that funny)

So, two years ago, I quitted Minecraft. I came by on some occasions (forums) and one day saw that I got muted. Not sure why, maybe because of the swearing I did when I used to play, years ago? Oh well. After that, I asked vertx to delete my account (It wasn’t a ban).

now here I am, because Minecraft is something else than studying politics haha.

This was, overall, my story. I hope y’all doing fine, and have a bonne journée.

OMG!! You were there when they had the old lobby too! I remember that! And they had the huge portal in the middle of the waiting lobby. I left minecraft too actually and when I came back everything was different. There were a ton of new games and the lobby was new. I won't lie I really liked and miss the old lobby. Omg it's good to see your return!

omg hey Manwee!! it’s Lauren :^) it’s been soo long, I missed you. how are you? how’s life? are you coming back or is this a one time off post? either way, it’s nice to see you again!

the old days were so much fun, even though I was trash at pvp, but still xD and teaming against the other teamers was fun as well

Its really nice to hear that you are "back". I think you remember me as "the hider" "the skillless bowspammer" I always hated you and saw you as a rival for a long time when I was playing back than , I think you remember Marco aka DjPolo aka Senpaibakaa, harrypotter38 and a few more like tmaClavinger, djjones.... I remember back then you tried to ban us with proof videos which shown us "playing against the rules". I also behaved like a child in this endless conversation we got when we were battling with screenshots. (I still have over 1000 of them from Brokenlens 2016 and 2017 (the years were I play most of time) ) After you left and when fvcking minecraft pe 1.0 with xbox came out and a big amount of windows 10 player joined many things changed to the bad side for a long time, I became older and i cant identify myself with the biggest part of this community anymore, but I think many things on the server changed , it developed very good, it has many more good features.

But I have so many good memories with so many people which are very important to me. And I hope that you see this aswell. Its a part of my childhood youth i like to look back lol
