Hi srry for the title
So, i've done a lot with training and stuff and what now im trying to do is to gain a lot of weight
I'm 14
I was thinking about 10 or 15kg+ or smh.
(Not to be fat)
I just wanna have bigger arms, legs etc k bye

Hmm- I have want to gain weight and the best way to get weight is eating healthy 3 meals a day, a lot of water, proteins, etc...
