How to Write a Good Staff Application

I was once a Builder Wannabe. The first submission I ever made was a mess, it was a small yellow house I called "Mansion" and when people said it's not good I freaked out, I regret that but I learned from my mistakes and I took the time and actually pursued building. I realized how difficult building actually is and do Years of hard work it actually paid off.

Don't be ashamed of being a wannabe, dreams can be achieved with Time, Effort and Hard work. So for all the people who wants to be a staff badly, start by helping the community out, making reports, suggestion, and being kind to each other :)
