If Interested by deleting your old account

Hi ! , Im pa468G3 (New member but old player) my old account was 4p5a68 but its seems like New member again ... My question is , CAN I DELETE AN ACCOUNT AND RESTART ANOTHER ONE ? My older one has my principal email on it already registered , ikr now ive been automatically logged in , now i want my email from my older account , if someone can help me with that if not you can pass this thread
