Actually people change in every single second of their lives.
You basically aren’t the same person anymore that you were a second ago, because your brain collects every mili second new information... when your brain changes, you automatically change as well.
So when someone says “never change” it is pretty much impossible from the psychological point of view
That would mean that the person would have to stop gathering information so basically be brain dead...
