I did /ping to chech my connection.
It was in the red (not good).

I can relate, just suck it up there's nothing we can do about that. It will be either on the orange or red, you will rarely be on the green; if it's even possible.

IKR! My ping is always on red. And others complain how 'laggy' i am.

Rarely go on SW. Mostly on MM.
