Armor: Full golden armor
Weapons: 1 golden sword
(Abilitiy) Build the wall: An ability where you right click with the ability item in your hand and a 3 by 3 wall of cobblestone is summoned 2 blocks in front of the user. This will take away 16 blocks from the players inventory however. (If a player gets stuck in the wall they are teleported out of it) (the wall can only be summoned if your on the ground)
Edit: The ability has a cooldown of 5 seconds to prevent lag.
Blocks: 64 cobblestone

Please note that THE KIT NAME IS A JOKE. The kit would probably be called "fortifier" or something like that. Personally the kit would probably only be allowed in the skywars games or any other game with building. This idea would lead to interesting strategic play especially saying the ability could counter aggressive kits like buster and as well block projectile spam. Please give constructive criticism in the comments but plz no hate.

We could just do small tweaks to the watcher to change that. Plus the wall could have a cooldown.

Gold has the least weapon durability but in armor it has more than leather. Plus Its hard to break armor anyway in PVP minigames.

The players who glitch into the wall will just be teleported out. I added a cooldown in order to prevent spam of the ability. I don't think one use of the ability will make a bunch of lag. It's just placing 9 blocks.
