oh
*in my opinion ofc* they lose interest cz of:
1. toxic players
2. number of hackers
3. getting kicked/banned for no reason
4. no popular games like uhc or the bridge in server
5. win10 players *no offense but i see some players rage about win10 players*
6. weak watcher
7. low number of staff
8. private reports
9. bugs/glitches

the above reasons ive seen players talkin about it in server

bugs, overwhelming amount of hackers, easily exploitable game mechanics, lack of a challenge in an average game idk

hackers are everywhere probably even on your server too,i mean we can do stuff to get LESS hackers but there always will be hackers
