???’s POV
Day two of the Games has begun. I check on all the tributes, but one catches my eye. I believe his name is Markus. He has somehow made it to the border of the arena. I watch him for a little as he tries to escape the border. Finally getting bored of watching him fail at escaping, I press a button that activates the border. Markus hits it once more, but that’ll be his last.
Nima’s POV
Day one went well for me. I didn’t run into anyone and I found a good place to rest for the night. Unfortunately when I woke up I was tied to a tree. How did I not even wake up? I look over to see another person tied up next to me. I think it’s Dark, and he seems to be just as confused as I am. We aren’t given much time to figure things out because we hear another person approaching. As the sound gets closer, I see Windex with Marcel. At first I think they’re an alliance, but I soon notice the knife pointed at Marcel’s back. Windex orders him to kill one of us. Just my luck. For some odd reason Marcel doesn’t attempt to kill me or Dark. Windex didn’t like that at all. He cut me and Dark loose, which again was odd. Dark wasted no time running away, but I was a bit slower. I wanted to see what would happen to Marcel. As I ran a small distance away, I turned back just in time to see Windex thrust his knife into Marcel. Once I saw that, I got out of there.
Karms’ POV
Shortly into day one, I made an alliance with SteelHammer. He seemed pretty good with a knife since he killed Unicorn with one so easily. He seems trustworthy, for now. While he is resting, I decide to take watch and walk around a little to find us some food. I happen to notice someone else resting nearby. I wake up SteelHammer, and we come up with a plan to kill them.
Since SteelHammer already has blood on his hands, we decided I would be the distraction. I manage to sneak around to the front side of our target. I get closer and closer and I notice it’s Jazzon. Finally thinking I’m close enough, I start making some noise with the bushes around me. Jazzon quickly grabs his weapon and starts approaching my area. I don’t attempt to move because I know SteelHammer is behind, getting closer as well. Just before Jazzon spots me, SteelHammer strikes, stabbing him from behind.
Ally’s POV
At the crack of dawn I decided to go exploring and try to find a water source. While exploring, I find Eurazel and Ben sleeping. I tie them each to a tree to make sure they can’t reach their weapons to kill me. Just after finishing the knots, I hear footsteps behind me. I take out my knife and turn around to find TheRealOne standing there. He notices my knife and puts his hands up, guess he’s not armed. Suddenly, an idea comes to mind. I’ll make him kill one of them, no blood on my hands. I motion with my knife for him to walk over. Once he does, I order him to kill Eurazel or Ben. He refuses, which isn’t good for my plan. I decide to kill TheRealOne since he wouldn’t kill. So much for no blood on my hands. When I turn to check on Eurazel and Ben, they aren’t there. All that’s in their place is cut rope.
Dark’s POV
After escaping from Windex and his devious plan, I ran into Sheldorium and Bear. Luckily for me, they were planning an ambush and asked to make an alliance with me. After they filled me in on the plan, we started sneaking over to what looked like a makeshift campsite. I see Nima, Panda, and SuperPi eating whatever they had just cooked. Sheldorium sneaks up behind Panda and Bear behind SuperPi. That leaves me with Nima. When Bear looks like he’s ready to pounce, we all jump onto our target with our knives drawn. Looks like we got ourselves a campsite.
Cake’s POV
While exploring, I happened to run into someone named Karms. She was badly hurt, so I decided to take care of her for a little until she was better. As I was cleaning some of her wounds, she told me what caused them. Apparently her alliance, which was just a person named SteelHammer, turned blood hungry. All he wanted to do was kill. He turned on Karms, and she just barely managed to get away. I definitely don’t want to run into him anytime soon, and I feel sorry for anyone who does.
Windex’s POV
With my first plan failing, my day has just gotten worse. I was about to spear a fish when someone with a knife appeared. I decided just to run away, because something about that person was unsettling. As I ran through the trees, I could hear the person chasing me. I turned to see their face, and now I know why they were unsettling. Chasing me was SteelHammer, with an insane look on his face. I tripped over a tree root and tried getting back up to keep running, he was truly insane. Before I could get up though he had me pinned. All I could see was his insane look and a knife being raised above his head about to be plunged into me.
Aurora’s POV
I decided to go into the frozen area of the arena. Most people would avoid this place, but I can handle cold weather pretty well. While I was walking, I heard a weird noise coming from somewhere. I stopped and looked around, worried it was another tribute. However I didn’t see anyone. I was about to keep going on my way until I fell into a lake. The water was absolutely freezing and I tried to get out immediately. Again, the weird sound was heard. As I reached the surface I felt metal. I just fell into an arena trap. I struggle to hold my breath as I bang on the metal, hoping it would somehow open. Unfortunately it didn’t.

I let out an evil laugh. Man, I love these traps. I may enjoy these Games a bit too much though.
As the day comes to an end, I decided to begin the cannon fire for the fallen. The first shot is for Markus, who foolishly tried to escape. The second for Marcel who chose not to kill. The third for Jazzon, who never saw the knife coming. The fourth for TheRealOne, who also chose not to bloody his hands. The fifth, sixth, and seventh for Nima, Panda, and SuperPi who didn’t see the ambush coming. The next for Windex, who unfortunately ran into a tribute suffering from bloodlust. Finally, one for Aurora who fell into one of my beloved arena traps.
What will tomorrow bring, I wonder.
