1. Milk Bucket : If you drinked a milk bucket you have a 1 min fire resistance effect you didn't mine to get that effect.

2. Sugar : If you ated a sugar, you will receive a 30 secs of speed.

How about milk to remove potion effects like in normal mc. Its fkn annoying when you get the 1min blindness from ore. It could be a rarer item

Since, i eated a sugar, then my experience, i'm so HYPER! xD, so, my run so fast xD
I was eated a spicy foods and i was drinked a milk, so the milk like a spicy resistance or known as "Fire Resistance"

Emerald ore gives potion effects
Milk (a rarer item) either from chests or iron ore clears all effects

You can either clear all your effects or just deal with it

Fire resistance isn’t really a necessity in sw, nor is speed. There’s not a lot of maps with a lot of lava... the only one I can think of is Space rn, but it’s rare when someone goes that deep into the sun or meteor.
Speed can help you get places faster but I don’t see this being necessary. It’s not that hard to catch up with runners. And its fine taking that few extra seconds to cross a bridge lol

Good idea,
But the milk, is isn't for only lavas, cuz some players had a PYRO KIT, means if she/he used her sword, casuing, u will burn bc, the pyro kit, theres had a fire power
