I'm new to the server and I saw a message you guys broadcasted saying about maps people can submit I have a good idea for map but I don't know if there is a certain place like on an app I need to build it on or how to send it to you guys if I do build it. So if u guys could tell me how I would be more than happy to build a map and send it to you guys just lmk how. ~Thanks!

Make your map in minecraft pocket edition then follow these instructions for uploading it.
First you must make a zip file of your world use these instructions for ios and these for android. Then upload it to dropbox or mediafire. After that you create a new thread here. Make sure your map meets these guidelines. Hopefully I helped and you will be able to upload your map.
