He could change.

Builds that has no details, or we say 'rushed' are the ones we find ugly, not good, or we should say bad. But, if the person would definitely try his best, I guess it wouldn't be a struggle to him to have the 'Builder' rank as long as he tries and improve.

You couldn't say to him 'Why do you need it, you totally not deserve it.' Dude, everyone has a chance, everyone could simply improve and cope up with their mistakes.

It's not the best way to say he doesn't deserve it just because his maps aren't good. He tries his best to submit his 'own-creation' so let him be. Don't put others down, I assure you want the rank as well so you create maps. I bet you won't like it if someone tells you totally don't deserve to have it.

So please, be nice. At the end of the day he could improve alot, not this time but 'soon'..

He dosent deserve being builder but if he actually tried his best making a map that he has put effort into it might be a possibility

The islands are a but small , imo it needs more details and for a better fair play game , the islands need to be at equald distance from the isand , which is not the case , i'm aint supposed to do that , but use that pic for your help yourself , thats what we use on the build server .
