yeah ik, but they can at least spec some, and not when one of their friends calls them over for help, im talking about just randomly checking up on games. I've never seen them do that in the 3 years of me being here, the only time I've seen a staff spectating is when a friend called them over which they shouldn't rely on.

Yeah that's true, But when staff are online they don't spectate random games like I said, And if a staff member is getting busy with life and doesn't have time for brlns anymore why don't they resign then? If you can't be on the server anymore there isn't a point of you being staff. staff like drollthetroll and befib have been inactive for months and still hasn't gotten demoted which is retarded.

"staff wanna play with friends"

it was their choice to apply and become a staff member, and they have a responsibility now, and now you're saying that they wanna hang out with friends instead? tf

Why would they need to check up on games? They’re not there for that. They’re there to help not to just be random and spectate once in a while.

Maybe they didn’t know that life was going to get busy. It’s just like Dark. He left for a while and eventually returned, and now is doing an awesome job. They can come back, you know.

I am losing so many brain cells tf, Do you even know the definition of Moderator? a Moderator is supposed to moderate players and the network?? Moderate??? Not sit around and wait till one of their friends call them because not everyone is friends with staff? A moderator is supposed to check up on players and make sure their not cheating, It's their job? And that's why every single server does that except for this one?

"come back" looool just because there's a chance that they might come back after a year or so does not mean that they should stay staff, They have that rank for a reason as they have a job to do, And staying inactive and doing the exact opposite you were hired for should get you demoted. Let's see how your boss would react if you had a job and just stopped going for 2 weeks. Exactly, You'll get fired, And for some reason this is the only server that doesn't do that?

I can name so many servers on Java and Bedrock that do both of these things and are completely fine when it comes to cheaters.
Skycade, MinemenClub, Versai, FaithfulMC, Lunar, InvadedLands, Backplay, Hexylium, ViperMC, and so much more, Their staff check up on players and make sure that nobody is cheating whatsoever, And they don't have any problems with cheaters, Unlike this server which seems to not do that

It doesn't help that half of the staff are inactive and there's only like 10, It shouldn't take months to accept a helper, This is again another thing that this server only seems to do

And just look at the state of MW SW and MB, A server with active enough staff wouldn't have hackers and teamers every other game bruh

that’s just like saying we should just delete everyone’s account once they stop playing. If they leave, it must be something important, but it shouldn’t be bad enough to remove their rank that they worked hard for.

First of all, vertx has been really inactive for a while. Second of all, there isn’t that many people to choose from who know what they’re doing.

Yeaaa they might've worked hard to get the rank and have been doing the things they were hired for for quite a while, But now they are not doing anything, They aren't doing helping the server and are just a waste of a spot, And should be demoted. I don't give two s♥♥♥s if vertx was inactive, He's the owner and codes for the server, He isn't supposed to be moderating, And that's why we have helpers and moderators to cover that, But for some reason moderators don't actually moderate and rely on their friends to call them over?

There aren't many people to accept that know what they're doing but it shouldn't take months to years to accept a player that wrote a good application? Yet again this is the only damn server that does this, Every other server only takes a week to accept someone after they have sent the application, And they have barely any problems with abusive staff.

I didn’t even say anything about vertx moderating, nor did I even bring anything about him moderating.

We’re not that big of a server, honestly. We really don’t even really need that many staff members. We don’t need like 20.

Y’all keep forgetting this is a game for kids. No need to start arguments over dumb things. Also, the reason there’s so many hackers probably has more to do with the fact BL let’s you play without an xbox account, which most other servers don’t allow (it’s also really easy to bypass), not with the staff members. If anything, this server has way less hackers than other servers I’ve played on (though it may just be me... I like barely see any hackers in my games xD)

If the server is fine how it is and we don't need more staff then how come every game of bow/mb there are teamers, and somehow usually never get banned unless they get reported? It isn't just hackers either, Staff really need to start spectating these games because 90% of em end up with teamers. I play mb alot and I can say that almost all of the rounds I play end up with everyone just standing around until the timer runs out and usually never get banned unless some kid reports. (unless people start 1v1in)

And we only have like 5-6 active staff members which isnt a lot bruh
