Dude staffs cant fkin spectate every game 24/7 they have lives. They moderate people if you want them to get banned just post em on the player reports.

No staff go on the server 24/7 they have a family, friends, school, jobs, and other matters more important than brokenlens. If you dont like them then go apply to become a staff and do their jobs since "They don't do their jobs"

Because they chat with friends and play a few games. They dont spectate every game you play. If they encounter teamers or hacker most likely they'll ban them and stuff. But their job is not to look at what you are doing and keep you safe from everything. They're just simply there to assist and help you when you have trouble with unfairness in the game.

r u dumb? moderating the server and helping kids is what a staff role is supposed to be, not playin with ur friends for a few minutes and then logging off, servers with actual good staff like versai watch ppl and make sure they dont cheat but this server dont do that, and having friends call you over in whatever mini game they playing doesnt work 90% of the time cuz not everyone plays mm, there are other games too

"They dont spec every game u play" can u at least spec some of them then?? like I know there's thousands of ppl but there's only 10-50 in mb and it would take a few minutes

So your saying you, a new member thinks that staff should go and spectate everyone's game. Thousands of different players in different games just to see if they would have an inconvenience and if not they arent doing their job. And calling me dumb for telling you that staff cant spectate thousands of players playing different games at the same time. You don't belive me? Ask any staff/mod out there. If you dont like how mods and staff work then how about you apply for one since you know so much about them.

yeah ik, but they can at least spec some, and not when one of their friends calls them over for help, im talking about just randomly checking up on games. I've never seen them do that in the 3 years of me being here, the only time I've seen a staff spectating is when a friend called them over which they shouldn't rely on.

Yeah that's true, But when staff are online they don't spectate random games like I said, And if a staff member is getting busy with life and doesn't have time for brlns anymore why don't they resign then? If you can't be on the server anymore there isn't a point of you being staff. staff like drollthetroll and befib have been inactive for months and still hasn't gotten demoted which is retarded.

it was their choice to apply and become a staff member, and they have a responsibility now, and now you're saying that they wanna hang out with friends instead? tf
