In a mountain, find a space and there should be a hole where you fly up to (needs rank) and there should be a door
Seems like a good hangout place xD
Also the pic with the chairs and small stage with a cobble stone and lever look like a small bar and ppl can do karaoke up there with the piano behind it xD really creative
