You can apply for helper here: https://apply.brlns.net/ login using your server IGN and password, we don’t notify whenever you’ve been accepted or denied, your rank is simply set to your forums and server account. :p

You also won’t automatically be accepted, you’ll have to wait and see - it could take days, weeks, months, or sometimes even years.

You’ll have to wait and see if your application was accepted, so you won’t have any staff perms unless you get accepted.
