I believe this isn't a bug, Space is supposed to be dark and it's better without night vision. On water I can't see clearly with night vision since water is brighter now. And I often lose at PvP when we're on water because I can't see anything. I can only see 2 blocks away when I'm in water and for those who says they need the night vision to see. Well here is the solution. Turn up your MC brightness to 100 and half brightness for your Phone/Laptop/PC/Xbox Device
