He's really making the game boring because of his hacks.

70, dang... unfortunately though, if he is a bypasser there isn't much we can do as he will just keep coming back. This used to happen a lot.

This username is also banned.
We could indeed do something about him bypassing, we have IP bans and some other type of ban Vertx can do.
