Timing Bug [Forums]

So..
I was just exploring the forums like I always do because I have no life and I found this bug:

Basically, it tells us that the user was online, but this timing does not co-relate to the timing of the alerts (I hope you understand what I'm trying to say,, because this bug is confusing in the first place)

okay, basically, it's because he was on his profile for 8 minutes without refreshing the page. Like, if someone posted a message on my profile and it took me, say, 10 mins to write a reply, it would say i was last seen 10 minutes ago. So, when I post it, it'll say i wrote a reply a moment ago but it'll still say that i was last seen 10 minutes ago.

Not good at explaining stuff, but yeah, its not a bug.
