How can I disable notifications to my E-mail?

Okay, first tap on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen, and a drop down menu should appear.
If you want to disable e-mails regarding messages in conversations, tap "contact details", then scroll down and un-tick the box that says "Receive email when a new conversation message is received".
If you want to stop receiving e-mails when someone replies to a thread, then tap "preferences", then scroll down and un-tick the box that says "and receive e-mail notifications of replies".
