The match making can be unfair.

The fact that you can choose your team can cause unfair game play. Not all games have 16/16 players. For example, if 12 people play the game, it would be fair to automatically have 3 people in each team, right? But since you can select your team, 2 teams have 4 players, one team has 3 players, and then the other team has only 1 player. I think it would be a good idea to be assigned to a team randomly.

I’ve seen high leveled players on the same team verse a team with low leveled players and it was pretty unfair

And all the team mini games are like that. Like in THG.

I've addressed this uneven team issue before, and proposed an idea to fix it in an old thread. It's with all team games. You can still pick your team and have it be fair, but it will take more work. Basically, to solve this there will have to be an algorithm that takes the current number of players in the waiting lobby and divides that number by 4. Whatever the outcome is will be the maximum number of players that can fit on one team. For example, 12 players: 12/4 = 3, and the game will set the max team player count to 3. If there's an odd number of total players, one or two teams will just have to have an extra.

And sometimes you will end up having people with lower levels on your team. So I disagree as well, sorry! :(

it's nice to play with friends but then the all the legends are on one team and then you're stuck with campers like yes please randomize

Personally in order to solve this problem where some teams get less players I would add an autobalance system. This system would still try to keep friends together, by seeing what players are friends with who. However in MW it is rare when you have less players than another team. My autobalance idea should be in other games too. Therefore you can pick your team's but if u are just with people who aren't your friends you could be put on another team for equal fairness.
