"The best" doesn't fully exist unless everyone agrees on it. Everyone has a different preference and idea. A way to determine who is "the best" is to do a non-biased tournament with good rules and good matchmaking. Another way which is simpler is tally marks.

I'm not saying I don't agree with the list. In fact, I actually don't care because the result is always the same for me: I get my a** kicked. I just want to say this because I feel as if people aren't understanding ._.
