After 1 minute of the gam has gone by, the innocents get three snowballs and if they hit the murderer when he is chasing them he is stunned for 3 seconds. the maximum amount of time he can be stunned would be 3 seconds so if they throw more than one snowball then it will not go above 3 seconds

Well. The stun gun isnt bad. The only thing wrong is the murderer cant move anymore. Imagine all the innocents incircled the murderer and they keep shooting the murd after 3 seconds. Until the sherrif gets there

The murder can still hit people or throw his sword
