Maybe this should be in Ban Appeals, but I am reporting her too.

My forum account LightningFire96 (and dyingful) were falsely banned by a mod's extreme use of power. There was no reasonable case for banning us. I would like a DIFFERENT mod to deal with this, because obviously she will lock the thread and probably ban this account. I commented on my profile that she was not going to beat us in an arguement unless she used her mod power, and dyingful commented that she is a joke (which is correct). She ended up using her mod power in a ridiculous way, and at the moment I am viewing her as the next H*zard. We should both be unbanned, and she should be given some type of punishment. I will answer all questions about what happened truthfully.

If she deletes this thread or bans this account, I will do everything within my power to take her and anyone who allies with her down.

From my viewpoint, she is currently on the same track. This abuse of power is simply ridiculous.

Sorry to intrude, but I don’t think that at all. Now, what I think she did was honestly a fair decision! I’ve experienced your rude words and you may not think you’re hurting anyone, but you’re wrong. Sometimes the things you say are very irrelevant, like things in this thread. If you want, I can show everyone the screenshots that show the real you. Good luck with this one, you mess with other players and then with staff and you get what you deserve. Not replying anymore because I don’t want to cause even more drama than what you already started.

Ah, classic. You start an arguement with me and then claim I was the rude one. You didn't see the arguement at all, so your opinion is as irrelevant as usual here. I also love how you say you're not replying anymore because you know you have no valid reason to get involved here, and because you know the screenshots are bs because you started the arguement.

From what I can see, you posted profile messages and comments that were hurtful in nature and contained cussing. Someone tagged Pine and so you began insulting them as well. She gave you warning points, told you to stop, and deleted the messages which you then reposted and then you continued bullying her and the person who tagged her. I've looked at your other posts as well and this is clearly a pattern of behaviour. Here's part of the messages

Weird how I've never seen anyone banned for bullying. You also have some weak standards for what bullying is. I'm sure if it was someone you staff members liked, there wouldn't be a ban. That has happened time and time again, don't even attempt to argue that.

I'm also the first to admit that I've done far worse without being banned. Pine just dislikes me. You can't get around that. It's a fact.

Wasn't someone called kaycee banned for bullying at some point? And spike, paty, and phoe? And it happens on the server sometimes as well. Yep we probably do. Maybe, this isn't about other people it's about you. Also threatening to 'take her and anyone who allies with her down' really doesn't help prove your point

Idk who kaycee is and I didn't know until now that Spike was ever banned. And you can't just say "this isn't about other people it's about you" because you have no response to what I said, because it's true. Anyone you like wouldn't have been banned. That's a fact. It shows how incompetent you are, too. And okay, I said that, cool, you can't tell me what to say and what not to say.

Regardless of whether she can't ban on forums or not she still dislikes me enough to ask someone to ban for something so unworthy of a ban.
