My YT Rank Registered by Wrong Person

So I wanted to get my YouTube rank on your server and it said it was registered already by an account : Sam_the_Beast , I don't have access to that account and I want my YouTube rank on the IGN SamtheBeast7 . I posted pictures on twitter too my @ is @SamtheBeast7 . My channel link is on my Twitter bio. I have 720 subs and a video on your server with over 6000 subs !
