If you don’t already know what an HD skin, or don’t have an IOS Device; check out this beautiful thread:

Let’s begin.
*First, grab a skin to edit
•Where to grab a skin? Try the app “Skinseed” or the website “Skindex”.
*Download the app “MediBang” to edit your skin, the app should look like this: ☟☟☟
*Once you have the app, open it. The home page should look something like this: ☟☟☟
*Press on “New Canvas”.
*Press on “Browse and Import” and then choose your photo of the skin.
*Once you’ve picked your skin, it would look like this: ☟☟☟
*Press on “Don’t extract lineart”.
*To start changing the size of your pixels from 64x64 to 128x128, press the button on the bottom of your first bar. It should look like this: ☟☟☟
*Next, press the button, “Resolution”.
*Press on “Width (px)-64” and change the size to “128”.
*Press “Done”.
*Now that your pixels are smaller, click on the brush button on top of your screen to pick the tool to use to edit/color your skin.
*Press on “Fill Tool”, it’s the easiest tool to use (In my opinion).
•The arrow is pointing to the “Color Palette”, which you can toggle with to choose your wanted color.
*To operate the “Fill Tool”, drag and release the tool into your pixel, this should only color one pixel instead of many.
•Most people make HD skins to get the “sparkle” in the eyes, here is an example: ☟☟☟
*Now that you’ve finished editing your skin, press the three-bar button on the bottom of your first bar. It should look like this: ☟☟☟
*Next, press “Save” then press “New Save” to save your skin.
*Now press the three-bar button again and then press “Close Canvas” to close your skin project.
*Once you close your canvas, it will bring you back to the home page.
*Press “My Gallery” to have access to all of your projects.
*Press the “Share” button to your skin project.
*Then press on the “PNG (Transparent)” button.
*Now press “Save Image” to save your skin to your photo album.
*Open “Minecraft” and press on the skin button on the home page.
*Then press “Choose Skin”, this will bring you to your photo albums.
*Pick your skin, choose your model, and click “Confirm”.
•!!If you are on one of the new updates, your skin will not show immediately on the home page, displaying your skin. To fix this, close Minecraft and restart the app. Then, you’ll see your skin displayed on the home page.!!•
We are done.

!Reminder: This tutorial will work for IOS devices; I’m not sure if this will work for Android, and there is a different tutorial thread on making HD skins on PC!
Like I said at the beginning of this thread:
☓I DID NOT CREATE “HD SKINS” IN GENERAL AND I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO CREATE A THREAD ABOUT “HD SKINS” ON BROKENLENS FORUMS.☓
*If you’re wondering which skin I used, here is the skin:~•<♦︎♢♦︎>•~
