You aren't able to pay a map on Google Play if you don't know yet. The maps are not original it was bult by others but placed by vertx on the server it's because when the Murder Mystery minigame was released we need maps. That's why vertx placed a map which isn't built by the team.

The map which aren't build by the team will soon be revamp (changed some parts of the map) or will be removed. (not sure though, you can correct me.
