I’m writing this thread bc I want to extend on @Zayn ‘s thread before (about his staffing suggestion) - I couldn’t reply to his thread since Pine locked it. -
In some ways I do agree with Zayn’s suggestions. His idea is pretty valid/reasonable (in my mind) I’ve noticed that most staff are from Europe or the US and when it comes to the player who’s living in between New Zealand and Asia (Australia, China, Taiwan, Russia.... etc) I personally find that there’s a couple of disadvantages to those players who are from Australasia and Asia.
One of the examples include:
Yes I know that choosing a new staff member can be a very long and stressful process and it’s not easy to pick the right staff member since there’s so many requirements (trust, honesty, age restrictions... etc) but I would like it if staff team can take in consideration about time zones when choosing a new helper. I’m from Australia and I am in desperate want for a new helper who’s somewhere from Australasia or Asia - not only for my sake but for other players who are also from Asia, NZ, Australia... etc... -
Disclaimer: *im not trying to control the staffs decision. I’m only expressing my idea to the staff team. Hoping that they’ll take it in consideration bc I reckon it’ll help the server tremendously

- During the daytime (specifically mid day) in Australasia and Asia, it’s nighttime at Europe and US and that’s when most staffs are asleep. Players who are playing during the daytimes who are from Asia & Australasia, 85% aren’t able to call for staff or get in contact of them since most of them are busy or simply asleep =/ When they come in contact with hackers especially fly or creative hackers, they can’t do anything about it since barely of the staff team are online. The hackers will continue to play, dragging the game making it very unfair and irritating towards the other players on the round and that leads to not having a enjoyable time and I’m pretty sure that’s the last thing Vertx wants =/
