Oh nuuuu tbh that is the worst part of owning a dog. My dog died a few years ago and he was the best dog eVeR! Just know that if your dog does die, that he/she would be in a better place : 3I have 2 dogs (ones going to die soon

Well I believe that when u go to heaven, if ur gonna see ur loved ones there, that will include ur dog bcuz ik I loved my dog like he was a family member. BUt just think of the good times u had with ur dog and make sure u treat ur dog with lots of love before it dies.
