my halloween skin is a skin i that i edited the eyes

ig that doesn't count lol

We want people to be a little more original, on mine I edited the face and hair but left the outfit mostly the same. Add something to it, or do the hair and then it should be enough. Jely used a hair base but made her whole outfit. Use your judgement.

The judges will have to take the hd/non-hd aspect into account. Depending on how many hd skins are entered we may have to have two winners.
