Before reading this thread, Please acknowledge, that this is NOT meant to offend anyone, or pin-point any names, for I have done this mistake myself. 
These days, I have been noticing, on the Ban Appeal that many players try to help the user and Staff. Some find the report and tag the staff required, while others who misunderstand the procedure, "spam" the thread, without realizing it. I just want these players (they do know who they are) to remember, that only 1 player is supposed to tag the staff and give the report, if found while the rest of the thread is meant only for staff and the user. If this sounds rude, I am dearly sorry, since I have spammed these Ban Appeals a lot of times, until @_PineappleDeath_ and @Phoe (Thanks!
) made me realize my mistake. Please dearly avoid giving the following in any Ban Appeal, if not the user (or ofc if you're staff)
1: Avoid giving your opinions on the topic.
2: Avoid re-tagging any staff(s) unless required.
3: Avoid tagging staff members not required for the Appeal.
4: Avoid writing unnecessary Letters to the user/staff
5: Avoid tagging the same staff member if he/she is already working on the appeal.
6: If an appeal has been solved but hasn’t been locked due to certain reasons, please avoid expressing your opinions on their previous situation.
7: Avoid being offended by this thread
