Why are they all banned?

vibes, emoty and john have their profile settings configured so that people can't view their profile. but they should still show up when searched hmM

if they were muted it would say "Muted" instead of "Notable Member"
if they were banned it would say "This user's profile is not available" instead of "This member limits who may view their profile."

however, admins should be allowed to view profiles, no matter what setting they're on, unless vertx has changed the admin perms. i remember i once configured my profile so that only people i followed could view and message it, and i wasn't following warrior but she could access and message me on my profile without any restrictions. so i dunno what's up with laura's perms but ye

We can't mute or unmute accounts. And they aren't banned.
