_TheKillerGirl is a Premium Member, this means she can fly just with the command /fly she also can turn her tag off by going to the BrokenLens Menu, then Choose "Settings" Section. You can turn off tag, color etc to it looks like she is a non-premium member.

Premium is Gold~Diamond~Emerald and staff if i am right lol
For example YouTube rank is not a premium rank

This glitch is not bannble.
The user has an Emerald rank which means that she has the possibility to fly in the lobby. It doesn't matter if she has a tag on or not.
She just turned her Tag in the menu settings off, but for some it also works with the blue dye.
But I can understand your argument and that's why I always tell people who uses this glitch to be careful with it.
