Banned for “hacking”

So, I was on Team Skywars with my cousin, Kimbersky4, doing pretty well. (Note: We have been reported many times before for being good at fighting/parkour/ect.) Then, out of the blue, Kimber got banned for supposedly “hacking”. A few minutes after that, I got banned aswell by the same person. I didn’t catch their name but it had Pineapple in it. At first it was being banned for a week, then the next day, it was permanent! If you could, please see if you can unban us both, we really just wanna get back on BrokenLens!

Unfortunately helpers can’t check someone’s device, so whenever I spectated you.. I banned you for reach hacks, although I couldn’t check your device I’ve never banned anyone without being 100% sure.

You’re an iOS user, correct?
Me as well, you reach wasn’t normal at all, although it’s not very likely for someone on iOS to hack, so I’ll unban you.
But I will be keeping my eye on you, because your reach was indeed strange.

I’ll change kimbersky4’s ban period to 7 days, because it’s still unfair to use the creative glitch.
I’m sorry for all this, I’ll try to get better.
