I’ve been banned

So, I’ve been noticing recent activity in my x-box account that people are trying to take my account and use it for hacking or glitches. I’ve been banned in the past for these same reasons because people use my account to hack in it, I’ve never given my password out nor share my account. Today I got a notification that someone logged into my Xbox account and used it to fly and speed hack in your server. I immediately went on and to my consent, a message appeared to say I have been
“Permanently banned”. I don’t want to lose this account because I love this server, and I worked hard to get to the level I’m at now. It took me 6 months to get to this level. I’ve changed passwords in the past but it doesn’t work either. So if you can appeal this ban and will try to change both my Xbox and in game passwords.

Thank you very much for your appeal. Your case sounds quite serious and you honestly don’t seem like the type to hack, judging from your tone and sincerity.

I will unban you but also reset the password for your account “DerpLifesMatter” to help prevent something like this from happening again.

I’ve been in contact with my internet company and they have a couple of reports of “unknown users” using my router.

Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about the unknown users using your network but we can make a special exception for you and help keep an eye on your account. If you’re banned again then just explain your situation and if possible, provide some proof.

I’ve reset your password. All you need to do now is login and choose a new password for the account.
